Policies

The process of getting a booking confirmation may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
In case of any problems, it’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
This activity is done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.

Cancellation Policies

Full refunds are available for bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity.
For cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the activity, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled activity are non-refundable.
Cancellations are not allowed during public holidays or festive periods; however, activities can be rescheduled according to the holiday postponement policy and customer preference.
No refund is provided if the customer does not show up at the scheduled time.
Customers can reschedule their activity up to a maximum of two times within one calendar year by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Rescheduled bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund.
