This activity is done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced item.

Cancellation Policies

The full amount will be refunded for bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before the activity date.
If the booking is cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled trip, only 50% of the amount will be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled within the last 24 hours before the scheduled trip, no refund will be issued.
In case of weather changes that prevent the activity from taking place, the customer can choose to reschedule or cancel the trip.
Trips cannot be cancelled during public holidays or festive seasons, but they can be rescheduled based on the customer's preference, in accordance with Otla's rescheduling policy.
In case of no-show at the scheduled booking time, no refund will be issued.

ركوب الدبابات في الرمال كان تحدي ممتع، والرحلة كانت منظمة بشكل يخليك تستمتع بكل لحظة. العشاء كان لذيذ جدًا والطباخين كانوا متعاونين معنا. أعطيها 10/10 بدون تردد.
