The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.

Ootlah is not responsible for any injury or lost items during the activity.

Cancellation Policies

No refund will be issued if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled flight time.
If the reservation is cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled flight time, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
If the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled flight time, the full amount will be refunded.
The flight can't be cancelled during official holidays and Eid holidays, but it can be postponed according to the customer's request and according to Otlah's postponement policy.
If the flight isn't shown on the scheduled flight time, the amount won't be refunded.
In the event of postponement, the customer isn't entitled to cancel the reservation and receive a refund.
The customer has the right to postpone the flight a maximum of two times within a period not exceeding one calendar year, by notifying us at least 48 hours before the scheduled flight time.

أنصح بها للعوائل اللي يبغون يوم برّا الرياض بتجربة متكاملة. من الاستقبال للأنشطة للعشاء، كل تفصيلة كانت محسوبة. بنتي الصغيرة ركبت الجمل لأول مرة وما سكتت من الفرحة. عطلة كانوا متعاونين جدًا في التنسيق معانا.
