• The possession or use of alcohol, drugs, or any hazardous or illegal substances on board is strictly prohibited.
• The crew reserves the right to deny boarding to anyone suspected of carrying such items.
• The security team has the right to conduct routine inspections to ensure the safety of passengers and equipment on board.
• All passengers are required to wear life jackets when instructed by the crew and to follow safety guidelines for a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Jumping off the boat while it is in motion or swimming in unauthorized areas is strictly forbidden.
• In the event of changing weather conditions, the management reserves the right to adjust the departure or return time to ensure passenger safety and a smooth trip.
• Passengers may bring their own food and drinks, provided they maintain cleanliness and refrain from disposing of any waste in the sea.
• Pets are not allowed on site or aboard the boat under any circumstances.
• Participants are fully responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip, and the organizer bears no responsibility for any lost or misplaced items.
• Verbal or physical assault against the crew or other passengers is strictly prohibited. The organizer reserves the right to terminate the trip immediately in the event of any misconduct.
