• The full amount is refunded for reservations canceled within 48 hours of the activity.
• If the reservation is canceled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled flight time, only 50% of the amount will be refunded.
• If the reservation is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled flight time, the amount paid is non-refundable.
• If weather conditions prevent the activity, the trip will be postponed and cannot be canceled. A new date will be set based on availability on the same yacht during that period.
• Trips may not be canceled during official holidays or festivals. They may be postponed at the client's request and within the postponement terms of the holiday policy.

No-show Policy

• The amount paid for the activity is non-refundable if the reservation is not made at the scheduled time.
• Rescheduling Policy:     The customer may postpone the trip a maximum of two times within a calendar year. The trip may be postponed by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
  In the event of a postponement, the customer is not entitled to cancel the reservation and receive a refund.
