- The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.

- Ootlah is not responsible for any injury or lost items during the activity.
Cancellation Policies
- Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity.
- Cancellation 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled trip, only 50% of the price will be refunded to the client.
- Cancellation within the last 24 hours of the scheduled trip, the amount paid cannot be refunded.
- In case of weather conditions, trip will be postponed and cannot be canceled. The rescheduling will depend on the available slots on the same yacht during that period.
- Cancellations are not allowed during official holidays or special occasions. Instead, they will be rescheduled according to the customer's preference and within the rescheduling terms specified in the policy.
- Clients who fail to show up for their booked time, slot will be charged the full amount of the activity.
- Clients have the right to reschedule the trip a maximum of two times within one calendar year. The Trip can be rescheduled by notifying us at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip time, subject to availability.
- In case of rescheduling, the customer is not entitled to cancel the reservation or request a refund.
