50% refund for cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the activity.
No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity time.
Cancellations during official holidays or festive periods are not allowed; only rescheduling is possible, based on availability and rescheduling policies.
No refund for no-shows at the scheduled activity time.
Trips can be rescheduled up to 2 times within a maximum period of 1 year.
Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance, and is subject to availability.
Once a trip is rescheduled, cancellation and refund are no longer allowed.
