- You have to bring your original ID in order to rent the Jet Ski.
- The minimum age allowed for jet ski driving is 18 years old.
- Please note that there is a cash payment of 3 Bahraini Dinars at the gate as an entry fee for City Beach.

Ootlah Policies:
- You have to bring your origional ID in order to rent the Jet Ski.
- All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
- Amendments cannot be made upon confirmation of booking.
- The process of getting tickets may take around 10 minutes or more.
- this activity is subject to weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.
Rescheduled Policies:
- Rescheduled is allowed 24 hours before the activity time.
Refund Policies:
- For full refund, cancellation must be 48 hours before the activity time.
