Overview

Make the most of your visit to Dubai and enjoy a two hour pass to Ski Dubai! There are five ski runs in the resort, they vary in difficulty, gradient, and height. The longest run is 400 metres in addition to a 60 metres fall. Give your skiing skills a try at the world’s first indoor Black run! Ski Dubai has something for everyone, so if you are not ready for that, there are gentle beginner slopes. You don't need to bring anything with you such as clothing or equipment, as your pass includes ski attire including ski boots, skis, and poles. After you reach the end of the slope, there will be a quad-chairlift and a tow lift to promptly carry you back to the top. Working hours

Monday to Thursday : 10:00 AM to 23:00 PM (Last ticket at 21:30).
Friday: 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM (Last ticket at 22:30).
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM to 12:00AM (Last ticket at 22:30).

Penguin Encounter is subject to availability.
Make sure to have a valid ID card with you or passport.
Kindly note a refundable deposit of AED 25 per guest will be collected for the Access Card at Ski Dubai admissions counter.
Helmets are compulsory for children under the age of 13.
For safety reasons, children under two years of age are not allowed to enter Ski Dubai.
Guests under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult (16 years or above).
Please note that all customers must sign at the counter a mandatory Health and Safety waiver form, from Dubai Municipality; only by signing this waiver, customers will be accepted to have the experience,otherwise the usual cancellation policy applies without any refund exceptions.

Cancellation Policies

Full refund if cancellation is done at least 48 hours before the booked date.
No rescheduling, cancellation, or refund for booking(s) made on the same day of the event.
Bookings canceled less than 48 hours prior or not attended; in particular for lessons and Penguin Encounters, no rescheduling, cancellation or refund.
Rescheduling within 24 hours is possible for a fee of AED 50 per person.
