Activity description

Enjoy a thrilling chairlift ride, try out the Zorb Ball (Giant Ball), in addition to riding down the slope in a huge bubble ball. There are gentle beginner slopes so don't worry if you haven't tried it before. You will get to experience an adrenaline-pumping ride on Mountain Thriller, a custom-built ride that rockets down a 185m high slope at speeds of up to 45 Kph, Savor a warm cup of hot chocolate while taking in the breathtaking view of the entire city during your Chairlift ride. Monday to Thursday : 10:00 AM to 23:00 PM (Last ticket at 21:30).
Friday: 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM (Last ticket at 22:30).
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM to 12:00AM (Last ticket at 22:30).

Notes

Make sure to have a valid ID card with you or passport.
Helmets are compulsory for children under the age of 13.
For safety reasons, children under two years of age are not allowed to enter Ski Dubai.
Guests under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult (16 years or above).
Please note that all customers must sign at the counter a mandatory Health and Safety waiver form, from Dubai Municipality; only by signing this waiver, customers will be accepted to have the experience,otherwise the usual cancellation policy applies without any refund exceptions.

All activities are subject to weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.
All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
Amendments cannot be made upon confirmation of booking.

Cancellation Policies

Full refund if cancellation is done at least 48 hours before the booked date.
No rescheduling, cancellation, or refund for booking(s) made on the same day of the event.
Bookings canceled less than 48 hours prior or not attended; in particular for lessons and Penguin Encounters, no rescheduling, cancellation or refund.
Rescheduling within 24 hours is possible for a fee of AED 50 per person.
