Cancellation Policies

Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity.
No refunds will be issued for same-day bookings, except under the following circumstances:

- If no slots are available.
Clients who fail to show up for their booked time slot will be charged the full amount of the activity.
Clients can reschedule their activity by notifying us at least 12 hours before the scheduled trip time, subject to availability.
